I am confused between Shopify and wocommerce please give best suggestion those already using shopify for ecommerce website??

With WooCommerce (requires Wordpress), you will either need to keep it up to date manually or get it managed as It requires hosting.
With Shopify, everything is rolled in regarding opening shop. Hosting is managed for you. Just add your domain.
You extend both with apps.
