Do you have an in-house team? Yes and no. Have you been working with an agency up until now—and are you looking for a new agency? No. Or are you looking to hire full-time and/or fractional roles? Yes and no - Subjective - prefer inhouse.
Is it pure on-site Shopify dev support you are looking for - need to create SKUs, report and set GP for individual products, departments, Sales Centres (we currently have over 75000 products and believe with the correct SKUs (10-16 digits) this can be reduced to just 4 products with variables) or NO - this is well covered by our in-house team do you need help with the wider brand positioning, content, storytelling, acquisition and retention marketing, and strategic guidance that informs, guides, and empowers genuinely impactful CRO work that will lead to the growth you are aiming for? We already integrate our sales process with Hubspot, Qwilr and Stripe. Both in AUS and USA.
We are also looking for a proactive Shopify account manager, if you know of any.

Guys, I think it would be ideal to have monthly subscription for unlimited Shopify support, usually Agencies have this package.
It will save you time and money, but don’t go with longterm contract, just try one month, or with small task to see how it works for you, when you feel you guys trust each other - go with monthly subscription, with unlimited support, it can be administrative, development, design, analytic, it is all included.
