Regarding your concern, currently, it is not possible with a Shopify password because it will enable passwords for all your store not just specific pages.
However you can try to use some 3rd apps with such features like Store lock, Page lock on Shopify App Store.

Instead of giving password we can lock block the page page stating page is for subscribe or authenticated users only.

Authenticated user will able to see the normal page.

This we can achieve via custom code in your theme.
