Hello, I want to connect my Pinterest account with my Shopify website as per Pinterest guidelines it should show on the app store, But the pinterest app is not showing in my Shopify app store.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with connecting Pinterest to the shop, to get this resolved. To provide some context, Pinterest remains available to all merchants within the Shopify App Store. You can access the app, by selecting this Pinterest Link, where you will be brought directly to the Shopify App Store to download and add Pinterest to the shop.

Thank you for the prompt response, and providing those additional details. To confirm, are there any stated requirements outlined in order to install the app successfully?
For example, you will be required to have an Online Store sales channel in order to successfully install the app. To achieve this, you can:
- From your Shopify admin, click the
+button beside the Sales channels heading. - On the Add sales channel dialog, click the name of the sales channel that you want to add.
- Click Add channel.
It’s important to note that the addition of the Online Store sales channel, will change the shops Plan & Pricing as you’re moving away from the Lite Plan.
If you are currently on the Shopify Basic Plan and have an Online Store, please Contact Support to allow us to investigate further!
