I bought a subscription but forgot and got charged $96 for an unused month.

I wish a full refund as i didn’t use any services or even opened the store.

I understand you purchased a subscription plan, and forgot that you created it and are requesting a refund. I would like to advise that as per our Shopify Terms of Service Section 5.10, we do not issue refunds.

However, our support team may be able to take a look and review this on a case by case basis. While this is not guaranteed, you can connect with our team by creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center. Once you’ve accessed the Help Center, you will need to communicate with the Help Center Assistant to be connected to a Support Advisor.
