I created an account with the wrong email. How can I fix this?

When I created the website account, I used the wrong email address. Hence there was a PayPal account created with the wrong email address as well as other issues that have to do with email. I went into Manage Account and tried the “update” to the correct email but it won’t let me do that until I verify the now wrong email. I cannot access the wrong email so I can’t verify it.

How can I fix this. Please help.

Will I have to completely delete my account and start over???
