I get messages from Google about problems

Hi Kyle,

I manage everything about my website myself, I built it myself, I connected it to google merchant center and did everything as much as I could but I constantly get messages from google search console about the pages not being indexed or your conversions are not being tracked or your website is not connected to google analytics anymore…etc…I do not know how to fix these issues…and my traffic has significantly declined…I used to be on google my business and rank on the first page …now all of that has gone…would you please help me and tell me what self learning resources I can access to be able to fix the issues and step by step what else I should do to get back on track…Much appreciate it

Hope this can help you

First, head to Google Search Console and check the “Coverage” section for any indexing issues like “noindex” or 404 errors. Use the URL Inspection Tool to see what Google’s crawling on your pages, and if needed, resubmit your URLs. Reconnect Google Analytics by placing the correct tracking code in your site’s header—go to “Admin > Tracking Info” for the right snippet. For conversion tracking, enable eCommerce settings in Analytics. Next, submit your sitemap in Search Console and ensure your robots.txt isn’t blocking important pages. Run a content audit for duplication, use tools like Screaming Frog or Copyscape, and ensure proper internal linking. If you suspect a penalty, check “Manual Actions” in Search Console and use the Disavow Tool for bad backlinks. Make sure your site is fast and mobile-friendly with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and the mobile-friendly test. For learning resources, check out Google’s Search Central blog, Google Analytics Academy, and YouTube channels like Ahrefs and Neil Patel for step-by-step tutorials.
