I was charged for a subscription I did not intend to purchase, as I thought the cost was only $1. It took me 30 minutes to find and cancel the subscription due to the confusing design of your website. On 21st Feb $56.00 AUD got deducted from my account. Please process a full refund as I haven’t used this service at all. Website looks buggy and I am not even able to talk to anyone for my account and sent email to support@shopify.com but support ticket is not getting generated with this.

@Leilawilliam and @Exceptionaltech both A-I bots talking to each other as if they are helping the original poster. I hope Shopify merchants, don’t act upon these bot replies.
