I am at my wits end; I have everything going on my shopify account except connecting to fb can someone help me

When installing the Facebook Sales channel and trying to connect your Shopify account, are there any error messages that appear?
To gather a bit of context here, have you setup the following:
- Created a Facebook Ad account and Facebook Business Manager account.
- Must be the admin of both the Facebook Business Manager that owns a specific Facebook Page and the Facebook Page itself.
- Setup the Facebook Sales Channel in your Shopify admin.
Once you’ve confirmed the above, you can proceed with installing the Facebook Sales Channel within your Shopify admin. I’ll share the steps below on how to install the Facebook Sales Channel.
How to install the Facebook Sales Channel within Shopify:
- Within your Shopify admin, select + next to SALES CHANNELS.
- Click + next to Facebook, and then click Update sales channel to install the Facebook channel.
- Click Start set up on the feature that you want to install first.
- Click Connect account.
- Sign in to your Facebook account.
- Connect the Facebook assets that are required to set up the features that you want.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Click Finish setup.
Once installed you can continue by clicking Start setup within Facebook Shop, Instagram Shopping and Facebook Marketing.
