I am unable to make my announcement bar transparent. The header is, as it needs to be.
I need help as to what custom code/pipeline/etc to place into my site to allow for a transparent announcement across the whole site, mobile and desktop. It is currently white.
Does anyone know of anything I can place into page/site custom information?
