I attempted to purchase items from the following website exquisiteland.shopify.com
Upon trying to get clarification from the seller fort he order, I tried to make contact using both the provided phone number and the email, both came back saying they did not exist.
Should have known that the prices were likely too good to be true but this was a very sophisticated website and looked legit. Another red flag was that the paypal payment did not work.
I have filled a dispute with my bank but I just wanted to ask what Shopify can do to help with the situation?

If you have not already contacted a Shopify at
https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant
You should do it under the issue of an order or fraud.
And store is closed already, but hope your bank can act fast and stop the transaction.
Your first red flag should have been the site URL, 99% of stores do invest in at least a custom domain.
