I have set up Compare at Prices for each product and variant. When a product is pushed from DSers to Shopify, the compare at price shows with a strikethrough font and the words “Compare at” do not appear. This is supposed to look like a sale price I guess.
I want the Compare at wording and price to show.
How do I get this changed?
Look forward to some help.
Thank you
Laurie
Hi, Laurie. This isn’t complicated, What theme are you using? Depending on it are the steps to take.
Hi @Laurie_Collins
We’re BSS Commerce - Shopify Partners & Experts providing Shopify apps and Store Development on Shopify & Shopify Plus.
We’ve carefully checked your expectation and found that there is a simpler solution to all of this - using our Product Labels & Badges by BSS Commerce.
Our app has a lot of useful features that make it easy to create your own labels/badges, along with a lot of labels/badges from us to help you display them in the most intuitive way.
You can easily use labels/badges for each variant/product/collection or even tags with the conditions you want.
In your case you can create a badge that shows the amount that was reduced when setting price and compare at price for the product:
You can use our variable {sale_amount}, which represents the amount that was reduced when setting the 2 fields price and compare at price
In addition, there are many other useful features waiting for you, experience it!
I’m sorry for the delay. I have been sick.
The current theme I am using is “Minimal”.
Laurie
