There’s a few different reasons why your store could become inactive. As @MarmetoCare mentioned, if your Shopify bill payment fails three times, your store will be frozen. If that is the case, you can reactivate your account by paying any outstanding invoices and selecting a new plan. You can find more information and the steps to reactivate your store in this help document.
If your store was terminated or suspended by Shopify, you would receive an email with more information regarding why this happened and if there’s any actions you can take to remedy the situation. This would be sent to the account owner email we have on file, and I recommend checking your spam/promotions folder if you can’t locate the email.
If you’re unable to locate the email and don’t know the reason why your account is inaccessible, you will want to get in touch with our live Support team through the Help Center. I’m unable to provide account-specific support through the Community forums, but if you create a support ticket, our team will be able to look into your account and see what the issue is.
