I want to add/update 35000 products in shopify from my Private APP using API

Hello

I want to add/update 35000 products in shopify from my Private APP using Graphql API

I am only able to add/update 60 prodcuts which give me requestedQueryCost 600.

Please guide, How Can I add/update it.
