I used to be able to write email to customer support. For almost a year I am unable to do so.
Can you please verify that email customer service is still available nd how to access it. I’ve followed directions as posted and it always opens a chat windows, which I do NOT want.

So I understand that based on my experience Shopify has NO customer support.
I was getting a lot of fraudulent transactions and chargebacks and was recommended to install a Shopify APP which I did.
Technical staff from the app requested I contact Shopify for three pieces of information.
I spent an hour in chat and was promised the info. I wrote a couple of times more and did another chat and now almost three weeks later I still don’t have what I need for full activation of the app.
Shopify has degraded support, does not respond and makes me wonder why I am using and paying for it.
I did two chats requesting information that app Chargeflow team asked me more. Three weeks later and two hour long chats and Shopify customer support still has not sent the info. I do not want chargebacks and paid for and installed the the app.
Why does customer support not respond to me.

Hello Victoria, My shopify account is stuck at the payments verification. I have a multi member LLC where one of us is from US and otehr is staying outside the US, and when i gave this information couple times it said maximum attempts reached and to contact support.
the support isnt helping at all, they say that they escalated it, but i never hear from them more
I need help changing my shopify plan from mothing payment to yearly payment how can i do that with out deactivating my store. By the way thanks for the complicated service.

With chat support, we have to wait at our computers to get connected, and have to wait while the support agent reads through our chat, we have to restate our question repeatedly, and then we have to wait while our case it investigated and resolved. This can be an hour or longer.
With email, all this happens behind the scene and we don’t have to be on hand as our email is read, investigated, and the response created. It takes FAR LESS time for non-urgent questions. And the majority of my questions are non urgent.
If there is no longer support then why are we paying for this platform when others have support? Everything is getting more expensive and yet you get less for you money. I have invested 3 years and tons of money in my Shopify store including a very expensive theme (over $300) this is not right!
I am currently having the same issue. Was it resolved on your end eventually? I have reached out to their chat 4 times now. I am beginning to lose hope.
i can get to help center with the help center page does not open. Is there any email address I can report this issue? I can’t even attach the screenshot here. It happened in the past and got resolved but again and again happens. please help.
I am waiting for my amount and it’s almost 175 days and there is no response from Shopify. where is my amount ? this is worst case . and this is not accepted right they are charging money for what ?
