Hi,

Hope this will help

  • You can create through Shopify Flow
  • Use delivery tracking app to trigger “Order Delivered”
  • Send your “thank you” email using your saved template

Hey there, are you, by any chance, a Shopify Plus user? If so, you can use Shopify Flow to create a flow to generate a “Thank You” message.

@bkerch55 Other options would be using Klaviyo, Shopify Email, or Mailchimp.
