Hi Sheldon, do you mean you want this behavior when customers browse your store on their phones? This is something you’d need your shopify theme to handle. It would simply involve some coding/changes to the how the theme displays products.
There are many great theme developers on here and on sites like Upwork and maybe you can find someone on Fiverr.
