My wallet was stolen ,at moment I only have front picture of my ID so its not letting me verify because I dont have back .So what do I do thats only thing that has me held up .
Hello @Brandy_Clayton, sorry you’re dealing with that. If your ID is a passport, try that instead of the driver’s license/ID card - a passport only has the one photo page, so the verification flow won’t ask for a back side at all. If you don’t have a passport either, contact Shopify Support directly and explain the wallet was stolen; they can flag it for manual review instead of the automated front/back check. Hope that helps
