What’s their benefit? There must be one, nobody works for free?
I’m new on Shopify and find it weird that I get unsollicited support from completely free apps.
I’ve had 2 apps ask permission to adjust the code for FREE and at first I was suspicious, because why would they do that for free? But since my shop isn’t live yet I felt I could try it and they both helped me out tremendously. Is it still safe to grant acces after the shop is live?
Really? How will they charge me? I first started the Shopify-trial in July 2022 and that free app still didn’t charge me anything? Their reviews are all very good?
The 2 apps I’m talking about are free forever, or so it says on their account. Their reviews are all very good. It’s not that I would not want to pay for a service. I just find that if they offer you a service without asking they should mention the cost beforehand. They didn’t so that’s why I find it weird they work for free?
My shop isn’t live yet, I can only share a preview but it’s protected with a password so I guess I better not share it here 
It’s my new webshop to order balloons for pick up or local delivery 
(13 years ago we started with Zencart, then switched to Prestashop about 7 years ago and now Shopify)
