Image on collection pages

Hi Everyone,

I have customised Horizon theme for my Shopify store (https://adistore.co.uk),but lately I am facing one problem and I urgently need your guidance/solution. Whenever I select an image to place in collection page, it replaces all the images in preceding and proceeding collection pages. I tried every method with failure. I think the image selection is not dynamic. I would really appreciate it if anyone of you could please suggest a solution to the issue.

Of course, if you select this image manually, it will apply to all collections sharing the same template.
If your collection count is small, then you can create a separate template for each of them.
Or, you can use a Dynamic source for your image and use a collection image or a collection metafield image:

Hi @MuhammadHaider,

Yes, when you use the same template, it will display the same for all.

There are two ways you can do this:

  • Option 1: Create different templates for each collection, it will work fine. Refer video
  • Option 2: Create Metafield and assign it to each collection. Refer video

@namphan I am sorry for late response. It has been sorted out. Shopify AI helped me to sort it out. I have publihed the new theme. I would appreciate your feedback vis-a-vis design and functionality.
