Image with text overlay in Cascade theme - align text to top of image

Would like some ideas om how to move the text in while using image with text overlay in the Cascading content to top of the image.

May also want to apply text position based on
data-block-id=“XXX” on this home page - with some to the right left or center - all on top . Thanks- Todd
