The thumbnails for my product images are not lining up. I am using the same uploader for all our products. The thumbnails that appear larger are 1000x1000 pixel and the thumbnail that appears small is actually 1200x1200. I even have an image that is 2400x2400 and shows up smaller than the 1000x1000 thumbnail. Any guidance would be great!

As I can see your store product images have same size of 250px*250px except that one (see the screenshot below)
Make this image also with size 250*250
