imbed Menu into image banner and allign Header Menu Items on both sides of logo

Hi,

I am using Dawn theme and would like to make my main menu look like the following photo:

How can i imbed the main menue onto the Banner image and how do I allocate the menu items on each side of the logo, on the same line?
