Impulse Theme 2.0 : Is there a way to add a table for content?

We would like to add a table for specs for our bikes.

  1. Is there a way to add this section to the theme or to the page? (see doc)

  2. Is there a way to get the meta fields to be embedded in this table ? (see second picture in the attached doc) If there a way to have the table appear as a block on the left so we can drag / drop it and also if we can tie it to the metafields, that will be super awesome.
