My experience with this service has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about the utter incompetence and lack of empathy displayed by this company.

This is now the third time that Instafeed has failed to work as advertised, leaving my Shopify store without the crucial Instagram integration that I relied upon for marketing and customer engagement. I cannot stress enough the significant impact this has had on my business, with lost opportunities for sales and diminished customer trust. It is simply unacceptable that a service marketed to enhance my online presence has consistently let me down.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to Instafeed’s customer service for help, I was met with utter disregard and a complete lack of empathy. It took them an astonishingly long time to respond to my initial query, and when they finally did, their response was shockingly dismissive. Their email, received days after my initial contact, stated: “Hi there, sorry we were away over the weekend. We haven’t got around to adding the feature yet, but are you having issues with the current version?” This response reeks of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and a complete disregard for their customers’ concerns.

The fact that Instafeed’s customer service didn’t even bother to check their emails before responding speaks volumes about their level of commitment to resolving issues promptly. It is evident that they have no regard for the impact their unreliable service has on the success of their customers’ businesses. This kind of apathy is not only frustrating but also raises questions about whether this company is genuinely invested in providing a quality product or if it is merely a disinterested side hustle of some uncaring individuals.

I strongly urge Shopify to reconsider recommending Instafeed as a viable option for integrating Instagram feeds with Shopify accounts. Such a product, which fails consistently and is backed by an unresponsive and dismissive customer support team, reflects poorly on Shopify’s reputation as a trusted e-commerce platform. It is deeply disheartening to see a company like Instafeed tarnishing the good name of Shopify by providing subpar service to its users.

Their service has been unreliable since May 11th, and their customer support has shown zero empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. As a concerned user and online entrepreneur, I implore Shopify to take action against this terrible product and hold Instafeed accountable for their negligence.
