Q: Is there a possibility of see the IG user handle (@username) in the Customer Profile?
“Visited your store from Instagram” , a deepdive/drilldown into this would be nice. or do we need a full CRM system in order to do this.

I have been adding customer’s @username to the order timeline because I read here in the help forum that I could export my customers info toa .CSV and search the .CSV file. Which is a pain, but if it was possible I wouldn’t cry about it so much. I tried exporting multiple times and there is no column for notes, comments, timeline, nothing. SUCKS.
