Integrating Affirm and Getting "Technical Issue" Error - PLEASE HELP!

I have a customer who was approved through Affirm. She went to checkout and got an error message “technical issue has occured, use a different payment method”. Has this happened to anyone? I cannot get ANY response from Affirm and Shopify has said this is their issue. I am losing a $5000 sale because of this - I am freaking out.

Yes. It was due to not having a shipping address and billing address available. I tried not having any shipping on my end (physical products, local only). Not sure if this is your case, but it was mine.

For me, it’s just not a viable solution at the moment. I can’t have folks checking out in LA and expecting used furniture to be shipped. Bummer, but my work around is the Affirm virtual card, if folks are truly wanting to use Affirm.
