Integration Misaeshop POS to Shopify

I own a women’s bras and underwears brand and I use POS Misaeshop to manage it. I would like integration between Misaeshop and Shopify, Misaeshop has an api portal and it is online. My needs is keeping the stock and inventory true on both side for seamless integration and to prevent upselling. Features such as updating both inventory and little bits like colour, size, photos. Could you propose the timeline and how much would it cost?
