Internal server error for update product variants mutation

I’m running a graphql query to set the fulfillment service of a shopify product variant to manual. I’m using the productVariantsBulkUpdate bulk mutation with a payload like.

However I’m getting an error which is an internal server error. This is only happening for 1 product by 1 user. It works for all other of the user’s products and for other users’ products(at least the ones we’ve tested and done ourselves)
