Internal server error using Shopify CLI

The error occurs the second I approve the installation of the app.

Usually it would redirect me to the billing page…

Instead it installs the app, but doesn’t do anything the app was suppose to do.

I don’t believe it’s something I’ve done that led to this error.

I need help…
