Inventory incoming figure in Shopify Inventory imported from Stocky

Hi

I am slightly confused as to why the incoming column in Shopify > Products > Inventory includes stock not received on archived POs. Do I now need to go back over all archived POs and edit > delete all the items that weren’t sent by suppliers?

Can someone explain to me why you would want these figures included? Am I missing something? If not, can it please be adjusted to only reflect open POs i.e. stuff I have on order.

I am wondering the same. Once I archive an order, I am not longer expecting those products. Have you found a solution?

Sadly neither a solution nor a reply from Shopify. Other than going through all the archived POs and deleting products not received but who’s got time to do that?
