Inventory suddenly negative, products unavailable on store, turned off tracking - still unavailable?

I don’t know what happened because I didn’t sell those items.

About half my products suddenly had negative inventory and as a result, the products cannot be added to cart in the store.

I checked with the supplier app and they confirmed they have the inventory.

I have about 300 products with 99+ variants each. I did a test run to turn off inventory tracking and it’s still not available on the store.

The support chatbot recommends using the Faire: Wholesale app but I can’t get that to connect to Shopify and the suggested steps to remedy THAT are obsolete with the UI.

I want to turn off inventory tracking to the whole store.

How can I do this without going line by line for every single product? Why is this even happening? Is there someone I can talk to?

Don’t use such chatbots for serious issues they spit out wrong information like crazy that can be misleading and time wasting if you don’t have the experience to correct it.

Type “Support advisor”, or “human” in such bots to try and get to a person.
