Is anyone else having issues with Inventory not working when trying to add/delete? It won’t save. We called this in as an issue yesterday and they said they were working on it. I heard it’s affecting other stores as well. I just called back this morning for an update and found out that the developers still have not found what the issue is after 24 hours! We are sitting on tens of thousands of dollars of inventory that needs to be uploaded, resulting in lost sales for our company.
Is there any way we can escalate this? They won’t even share periodic updates on the progress so I have no way of knowing if it’s urgent or being addressed at the highest levels?
We haven’t had this severe of an issue working with Shopify before so I wanted to reach out to the community for help/guidance on how best to handle this.
