I’m trying to find out is this is a feature in Shopify that I can’t find, or if I saw it on another platform or if it’s an app? It’s ‘assisted shopping’, where in real time or “live” a member of staff can help a customer with their shopping by adding to cart, etc.

No it isn’t an AI thing. It’s like being able to screen share with the customer to help them shop.
Ah I see! It could possibly be Median Cobrowse? Median allows you to join your customers screens without invites, downloads or installs. If a customer is on your site, you can pop on their screen.
