Is there a free alternative to the Privy app for pop-ups?

Good morning! I was looking for a way to have a pop up to notify viewers that their first order is 20% off. I didn’t see an option so I looked over the apps and found Privy. I thought it was free but apparently not? Is there a free app or option I’m not seeing? I’m not interested in having them sign up for a mailing list. I just want them to know about the first time discount

I’m looking for something free. I’m not going to be generating enough business for the cost. I’m a small handmade shop.
