Hi guys please help.
I got an email yesterday from shopify saying that my account will be suspended due to inactivity.
I emailed them back saying that the store is active.
amd then this email and email address contacted me today.
Shall i just ignore it?

It is a straight scam don’t bother taking any action, they will never contact you directly on telegram it scam.

The email is not looking real shopify support email, not sure though.
You can confirm it by contacting with Shopify Support via chat.
The chat is AI, but you can tell it that you want to talk to a real support advisor. Then you will be connected with a support advisor.
