Issues Verifying Email Address & Shopify Payment Account

Hello,

Everyone, new to Shopify as I have been trying to verify my email address prior to the 15 day expiration since Thurs (8/24) and unfortunately as of today Sun (8/27) have yet to receive the verification email on Shopify behalf; in addition, also received a “Alert” indicating that Your Shopify payment account is on hold - Your store can’t accept new orders with Shopify Payments - Contact Shopify Support for next steps; therefore, has anyone else experienced these issues recently and/or in the past and if so please kindly advise which direction I need to go b/c upon clicking on the Help.Shopify.com (i.e., 24/7 Support) continuing to receive the following message and thanks:

It is definitely best for you to reach out to our Shopify Support team so they can escalate this through to the appropriate team. But in regards to the issues you’re having contacting our Support, are you able to try the following please -

  • Clear the cache and cookies (in Chrome, use the “all time” time range).
  • Ensure the browser’s cookie preferences are NOT set to “Block all cookies”
  • Try on another web browser, AND try within the browser’s incognito mode.
