I am unable to see number of items in the cart when I add them. I am using impulse theme. Can you please help ? It just shows a red dot , not the count.

I have checked but the cart count code is not there in the theme >>
So this needs to be coded in the theme.
Could you please tell me how to do that ? I have a few more changes I would like to make on the product pages to optimize them further. Like adding a " ask me a question " contact form. "In stock, ships in 48 hours " green dot text for products in stock etc.
Should I get apps for these or can these be coded in the theme ?

These changes can be done without apps using custom code. But the code cannot be shared as it needs to be fixed in the theme. You can seek help of a developer to do this for you at reasonable cost.
