Items do not show in collection when showing on back end

Hello,

We have added many items to our store via CSV upload and the products are not showing on the store frone end under the collection when they should be.

Here is the collection page in question (although this is affecting about 60 collections that we added products to today)

I have spent hours online with shopify chat with no useful resolutions. Any help is appreciated

I am not sure what should be showing or not showing but I am seeing products.

Sometimes with bulk imports, it takes longer to take into affect. If you are correctly formatting your csv file, the collections and products should be connected. So one thing you could check is that the

  • products are actually turned on

  • collection actually contains the products

  • you do not have other filters activated that are hiding the products.
