I use an app that allows customers to personalize our products before adding to cart- called "Product Personalizer. It has been working fine for months but 2 days ago I made the following changes:

edited some personalization templates for inactive products on product personalizer (did not make products live)

downloaded another personalization app called “Product Customizer” to test out on another inactive product which I also did not activate.
Since then, sales have been way down (but not zero) and I have received multiple messages from people saying that when they add to cart after customizing a product, the cart is empty. I looked at the help center for Product Personalizer and it does not have an article for this issue, but there is documentation for possible cart related issues (slow loading or preview images not appearing) that apparently could be cause by a 3rd party app that use AJAX. https://www.productpersonalizer.com/docs/personalization-customization-customers-options-missing-in-order
I have since deleted the second personalizer app I was testing (Product Customizer) however I am still able to sometimes recreate the issue and same goes for my customers when I reached out to them.
Any idea how I can possibly solve this? I’m desperate!
