I've setup worldwide, europe and UK for shipping

But nobody can see their country when trying order

It could be that you haven’t activated the Internation Market. Please check to see if you have enabled the international market yet:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Markets.
  • Click on Manage next to the International section

  • Click on Activate button

To edit the countries or regions within an existing market, follow this guide.

Have you created shipping rates for every country you wish to sell to? From which countries are you hearing reports that they cannot select a shipping option?

The most likely cause of the issue is that there are no eligible shipping rates for the countries in question, and as such customers from these countries are not given a shipping option when they proceed to checkout. If you head to the Markets section of your admin, you’ll be able to manage your markets and view how many shipping rates you have set up for each one:

Clicking “Manage” here will then allow you to view your rates on a country-by-country basis:

You’ll want to review the rates for each country you sell to and make sure they are set up correctly.

If once you’ve checked this you are still having issues, please let me know and I’ll take a closer look to see what else might be causing this issue.
