Thanks for checking it out! :blue_heart:

Hi @hai.nivs

Welcome to the community.

Nice job on store, it takes some time to set up everything on settings. But in general your store is very basic. And you said ai generated, so what do you think how unique your store is?
Your banner is probably default for every pet store and all text is not so special, not personal, not unique.
Your products are fine, but have you bought samples maybe, checked quality?
Colors are fine but some elements do not make sense. On product page you have bundles and default is 4 as most popular??? Yeah I bet people buy 4 cat beds at the time :slight_smile
Also your domain does not look like great choice. I know it is hard to find right one available but still. I do not have any trust in your store.

Please take some time to read through community posts for search ‘no sales’ there are a lot of good tips that could improve your store. Some apps advertise also but those you can take into consideration later

Dropshipping is hard, it is easy to create a store but to actually have sales does require some level of trust from customers and present some credibility but I do not see that on your store.

Good luck though

Before proceeding to share with you the report of my audit on your store, i really must say building a store isn’t just about placing products online; it’s about making choices that reflect your brand, your personality, and the experience you want your visitors to have. From picking the right products to designing the layout, every decision shapes how your store feels and performs.

It makes me wonder…

What was the biggest challenge you faced while bringing your store vision to life?

Hey @hai.nivs,

Thanks for posting this to Shopify community.

I just check your store. And I appreciate your efforts that you put while building your store. It’s a great start. But there are improvements required to win the trust of the customers and better the UI, UX.

Here are the below improvements/suggestions that you must implement on your store.

  • Optimize the Product Page: Product page optimization is really important to get more conversion and sales. It’s the key element where customer decide to purchase your product or not.
See how this competitor site optimize the product page: Pawfy - Probiotic Soft Chews - Buy Now

  • Improve the Home Page: Home page is the second most important part of the website where any Merchant can win the trust of the customer.
Check this out, how this home page is optimized: https://pawfy.com/

  • Use Bundles and Upsell: Using the Bundles and upsells is another way to increase the conversion and AOV.

By following the above suggestions you can easily improve your store without any headache.

If you need help to implement all these changes then I am easily available.

Best,

Daniel

Anh Hello Laza_binareay, Thank you immensely for your frank and professional feedback, especially coming from a Shopify Partner perspective. I completely agree that the store is very basic and lacks a unique edge. I’ve noted the key issues for immediate action. Regarding niche product selection, do you have any low-budget tips for finding unique products without extensive market research? What criteria should I look for to make product photos feel more “special”? Thank you again for this invaluable advice.

Hi abiona-gladys,

Thank you! I’m very eager to receive your audit report.

My biggest challenge has been building Trust and Brand Personality on a shoestring dropshipping budget. I’m uncertain whether I should lean into professionalism or humor to best engage customers.

Thanks again!

Thank you, I used it as a temporary measure to “fill the space,”( setup store)

Hi Daniel,

Thank you so much for your incredibly useful and detailed suggestions on Conversion Rate Optimization and AOV—they are my top priority!

I agree that optimizing the Home Page and Product Pages is essential for trust.

However, I’m facing a major challenge: I’m a complete beginner with zero web design skills, and I’m struggling to make my store look truly professional.

Could you share some specific, low-budget tips for improving my store’s UI/UX and professionalism? For example, how can I effectively use free AI tools (like ChatGPT or design apps) to generate better product layouts, color palettes, or visual concepts without hiring a designer?

I truly appreciate your expertise!

Thanks.

After reviewing your Shopify store, I noticed a few important areas that could be improved to boost your conversions and overall customer experience:

  1. First Impression:
The first few seconds of a visitor’s experience are crucial. Currently, the landing section doesn’t immediately capture attention or communicate your value proposition strongly enough to hook potential buyers.

  2. Product Presentation:
Product images aren’t as engaging or high-quality as they could be. Great visuals build trust and directly influence purchase decisions, especially on mobile devices.

  3. User Experience (UX):
The store’s overall layout and navigation could be more visually appealing and intuitive. Simplifying the design and improving visual hierarchy would make it easier for visitors to browse and buy.

  4. Collections:
There are no clear product collections or categories. Organizing products into themed collections helps shoppers find what they want faster and improves SEO.

  5. Customer Retention System:
There’s currently no visible system to retain or re-engage customers (such as email flows, loyalty programs, or remarketing). This means you might be losing repeat sales from existing customers — which are often more profitable than new ones.

Have you ever heard of a strategy called the Autopilot System?

We’re now in Q4 — the busiest and most profitable season of the year, when online shopping rates typically surge. This is the perfect time to optimize your store and implement strategies that help you capture the traffic and turn it into consistent sales.

If you’d like, I can share more details about this strategy and guide you on how to position your store for stronger Q4 performance. You can reach me directly at abionaadeoluwagladys@gmail.com for further discussion and personalized guidance.

Thanks for being honest.

Hiring a designer is must. But if you can your creativity then you can redesign your store by using the various tools.

Hi @hai.nivs

This is a very beautiful store, with nice design as my first impression! And yes, I indeed notice some parts which can be done better if you would like to further optimize. I collect them in detail below, and please take a look when you feel available.

  • Duplicated products are showing on Collection page when checking. Wonder if you are making tests or doing other researches, but it is not a good sign to show like this, as it will leave customers a less professional impression when they notice this.

  • Store favicon is missing when searching on Google. You can consider adding it from Shopify customization page.

  • Better use high quality product picture, as it is good for your store conversion and sales as well.

Great start! Few things that I noticed.

  1. May be empty collar isn’t the best hero image of your website, it looks sad. Put some happy pet there. Or at least trimmer set or your other flagship product.
  2. Your homepage Featured products are just basically collection/all products sorted by title. That fills your homepage products with a bunch of the similar products. To avoid that create Manual or Automated “frontpage” collection and put best of the best of your products, set sort to Manual and put first few products as you desire, to make impression of well balanced product variety at your website.

Those two easy things alone would make your site much more attractive.
