Latest Chrome version blurs images on collection page

I’m using Shopify’s Brooklyn theme. Since the last Chrome update I found that all product images on collection pages seem to blur slightly after displaying correctly for a moment. I have a hover pic that displays correctly when you put your mouse over it, but when you stop hovering the original image blurs again after a second. This is a Chrome issue as the images display correctly on both Firefox and Edge. I’ve found that when I disable the “Use hardware acceleration when available” option the issue seems to go away, but I would like to find a way for my pics to display correctly to all Chrome users.

Has anyone found a solution for this issue? I would welcome some help. My site is www.yolk.gr .

Hi @oscprofessional , thanks a lot for your answer. I’m not sure what you’re trying to point out with your image.

I fixed the problem. The issue in my case was that the product pic resolution wasn’t perfectly divisible by the grid item width. I changed the width and it now displays correctly. Writing this in case it helps anyone else with the same issue.
