Hello,
Our website basically only has 5 products - all with different variants.
For one of these 5 products (lets call this PRODUCT A) (with it’s corresponding variants) we want to give our customer the option to pay for shipping (with tracks and trace handled by our third party fulfilment carrier) or give them the option that we send it to them with letterpost (without track and trace from our warehouse).
This can only be done for PRODUCT A until €xx,xx (so 4 pcs of PRODUCT A). After that it should always be handled by our third part fulfilment carrier.
The problem that we encounter here is that Shopify seems to get a bit confused when we set this up
Because it comes from ’two different warehouses’. The moment that someone orders PRODUCT A and PRODUCT B double shipping costs are applied by Shopify.
So basically what we want to set up is the following:
• If someone orders less than 5 pieces of PRODUCT A - > Give them the option to ship it without T&T for free (from our store location / warehouse) but also give them the option to ship it with T&T through our fulfilment carrier
• if someone orderes more than 4 pieces of PRODUCT A → automatically ships with fulfilment carrier and T&T
• If someone orders PRODUCT A (lets say 3 pieces) and PRODUCT B → it automatically ships with fulfilment carrier and T&T.
I hope this makes sense,
I genuinely can’t seem to figure out how to set this up
Any helps would be much appreciated,
Best
