keep getting this error. Every which way I look my excel file seems to be correct. I even removed any extra lines of data to not confuse shopify. what is wrong?

Need to jump in this thread becasuse I constantly keep getting this error and the explanation provided doent seem to work.

Variants dont have “TITLE” variants have option names suchs as “COLOR - PINK” so what do you mean with “Default Title”?
