Does anyone know how to link the announcement bar to my newsletter sign up?
I’m using the Debut theme where the newsletter sign up is at the bottom (on my footer).

can please choose pages > type news text or direct add link

But the newsletter sign up is not a page. It is a section in my footer. How do I link them to sign up?
