Locate Shopify code file that contains specific section and element to edit

I am trying to locate a section or element in the code editor to edit the size of the chat button element. I know the line I need by using Inspect tool:

I have clicked on every liquid and css file along with using ctrl+f to find the line, but no luck. Please let me know how I can quickly find a specific line to edit for future reference.
