Hi there - I am building my site at the moment and am having problems with my logo size on some of the customer pages (specifically the customer login page, customer profile and settings pages) - it is showing as really tiny even though it is set to max width. Can anyone help me please?

@EternitySparkles Why the logo looks tiny

On new customer accounts, Shopify hosts the pages and overrides your theme styling.

The logo there is pulled from Settings → Brand → Logo, and Shopify scales it down automatically to fit.

That’s why it ignores your theme’s “max width” setting.

Upload a larger logo file in admin:

Go to Settings → Brand → Logo.

Upload a high-resolution version (at least 500–800px wide).

Shopify will still scale it, but starting with a larger file gives you better clarity and visibility.

Switch to classic accounts (if design control is a must):

In Settings → Customer accounts, you can toggle back to Classic accounts.

Classic accounts use theme templates (
customers/login.liquid, etc.), so you can fully control logo size with Liquid/CSS.

Use an app for branded login pages:
- Apps like Customer Accounts Concierge or Flits let you customize customer login/profile pages, including logo sizing, styling, and layout.
If you want full brand consistency, Option 2 (classic accounts) or an app is the way to go. If you just want the current logo bigger without extra setup, Option 1 will usually fix it.

Thankyou but the logo is already sized to the maximum width
Currently, it is managed by Shopify. So this is not possible, you can only change it here.

Basically, the size of the logo on the customer profile and login page depends on the height and width of the uploaded image. To change the image, go to Online store >> Themes >> Customize >> Click on the down arrow next to home >> Click on Checkout and customer account, go to the page where you would like to upload the increased height and width image >> click on the settings icon, you will get the option to update the logo.
