Hello fellow Shopify enthusiasts!
I’ve been working with Shopify for a couple of years now and have always been on the hunt for the best tools to help me keep track of my store’s performance. While I appreciate the built-in analytics Shopify provides, I often find myself wishing there was a more convenient way to access these details—specifically through my desktop.
In the quest for a more efficient store management experience, I started to look for a Shopify analytics app that could live on my desktop and provide real-time Shopify data. I needed something that could work as a constant e-commerce performance tracker, a real-time e-commerce analytics tool that I could refer to while working on other tasks on my computer.
I started working on an app to do that: Storebar. It’s an app that essentially turns your Mac Menu Bar into a Shopify metrics dashboard, providing a real-time feed of store performance. It’s exactly what I was looking for—a Shopify sales tracking app that fits right into my workflow.
The most significant selling point, for me, is that it’s a desktop app. This made it a unique solution amongst the usual Shopify business analytics tools. I can now conveniently monitor my Shopify store’s key performance indicators without having to toggle between tabs or use my mobile device.
If you’re also in search of an efficient way to monitor your Shopify store from your desktop, I highly recommend checking out Storebar. You can find more information on their website: storebar.app - we’ll be launching in a few weeks. It has been an indispensable tool in my Shopify toolkit.
Does anyone else use desktop apps for their Shopify store management? I’m curious to hear about other people’s experiences and recommendations.
Cheers!
