Looking for a marketing asset sharing solution (DAM) integrated with Shopify B2B

Hello everyone,

We are looking for a better way to manage and share our marketing materials with our B2B customers through our Shopify platform.

At the moment, we are using SharePoint/PowerPages, but we are facing a few issues:

  • The setup is not very user-friendly or visually appealing

  • Users need to log in twice (we cannot connect it to Shopify SSO)

  • It does not feel like a seamless part of our B2B experience

We have a large amount of marketing content such as images, videos, campaign materials, social media assets, logos, and POS materials. These are not product images, as those are already managed within Shopify.

What we are looking for:

  • A platform where we can upload and organize all our marketing materials

  • Integration with Shopify (preferably with SSO)

  • A seamless experience where users only need to log in once

  • Secure access – materials should not be publicly available

Has anyone here implemented something similar or found a solution that works well for this type of setup?

It is important to note that we do not want to store all this content directly in Shopify, since there is no simple or elegant way to manage and download such material there. Our Shopify store is mainly used as our B2B shop, but we want to expand it into a self-service platform where our customers can easily find and download marketing materials through a connected solution.

You can connect a digital asset management (DAM) system, such as Bynder, Canto, or Brandfolder, with Shopify through SSO using OAuth or SAML. Through an iframe or subdomain, for seamless UX. These are far superior to SharePoint in dealing with secure storage, permissions and branded sharing.
